Dr Who The Eternal Clock is a solid game, and is sure to appeal to fans

Let us just this out of the way first: if you are a Dr Who fan, then there is a good chance you will like this title. If you are a fan of puzzle or platformers, then the title should be a bit of a no brainer.

Graphically, Dr Who is fairly good indeed. It does not suffer from being on the PC at all, and features a very very healthy set of graphical options that will allow you to tweak until your hearts content. Animations are good and solid, shadows look reasonable, and just like titles such as Deadlight, you are in 2d on what could be almost 3d backgrounds. Guards for example can walk in and out of the background, and on occasion the camera pans around a hallway as you are rounding a corner. Everything else is reasonable, and you while the graphics won't be amazed, The Eternal Clock is not going to disappoint either.

Sound:

Dr Who The Eternal Clock features of course, the series music - as the game loads up the familiar Dr Who score hits you, and even someone who isn't a big fan has a smile on his face. The voice acting is of course solid throughout, although lack of voice acting talent on for example guards did start to grate on my nerves after awhile. There are of course also subtitles. Sound itself is solid, and you're not ever left alone as the Dr Who or River Song's thoughts are constantly narrated, giving you hints or just general entertainment.
