This was tougher than the Fire, mostly due to DPS issues; it took several attempts before I found a decent strategy (simply to not transform). I forwent dragon transformations, as the slow start-up and endlag meant I would actually lose out on damage, so I focused more on getting skills ready as quickly as possible and hitting hard with them. It worked.
