Petrice will appear in Lowtown (Night) after your first dealing with the Arishok. Your first conversation with her occurs after you save her from some muggers. She requests that you meet her in private.
2:00, at her safehouse, she reveals that she wants you to escort a Qunari saarebas out of the city.
6:50 -- Undercity Warrens
The area is filled with traps, so have a rogue lead the way and earn some extra XP by disarming the traps.
Eventually, a fight will break out with some humans, 9:24.
11:40, you can loot the boots of an armor set from the chest just before exiting the Undercity.
12:02 -- Arvaarad
The Saarebas' leash master will confront the party as they exit the Undercity. No matter what you say or do, you will have to fight and kill Arvaarad, but you gain an amulet that improves blood magic if you try to defend the Saarebas from him.
Afterwards, report to Petrice to finish the quest, and
25:05 -- Another Respect Point from Arishok
The Arishok will be impressed to hear that you've defeated Arvaarad.
