This is just a chronicle of a High Dragon fight

The following setup is used

Inquisitor - Dual Dagger Tempest build focusing on procs (Level 14)
Equipment and moveset designed to proc the following:
10% Hidden Blades (Fade-touched Velveteen/Ring velvet whichever you have access to)
10% Sunder per hit (Belt)
10% Horn of Valor (Masterwork - Fade-touched Snoufleur Skin)
This causes HoV that gives guard to everybody in vicinity per hit

Most of the damage comes from the Inquisitor
Vivienne gives powerful barriers because of her Knight Enchanter passives
Blackwall holds aggro
Iron Bull because he likes fighting Dragons and additional Horn of Valor if needed
Weapons are the basic tier 1 Dual Blades with Mabari Grips all made with Great Bear leather for critical chance

Rotation - Open with Stealth to Twin Fangs, use Throwing Blades (Precision Targeting upgrade) when there is distance, Spinning Blades (with Neverending Spin upgrade) when in close proximity, auto attacks to regen stamina and reduce cooldowns.

This build is NOT focused on stealth and usage of Shadowstrike and Deathblow and is instead made to see numbers fly with crit and to proc buffs and hidden blades.
