To unlock Ultra Instinct Awoken Skill you need to talk to Jiren (Full Power), and then pass his training for every CAC Race in the game. This is one of the most unique forms that has a lot of hidden features like auto-dodge (at cost of Ki), countering enemy during transformation animation, countering during auto-dodge if you press (X on PS4/PS5), it grands you ultimate charge if you press Block + Heavy attack (L1 + Traingle on PS4/PS55), and you get unique Ki Blast/Charge Attacks similar to once that you get with Golden Frieza, so it will take you some time to master this form.
The only downsides are that this form will fade away if you run out of stamina, or get stamina break by your opponent (similar to Kaioken but it doesn't drain your stamina), and it eats 5 bars of Ki to activate.

PS. I didn't notice any buffs to Ki Blast/Strike skills for our CAC in this form.
