389This video of mine will show you on Dragon Ball Xenoverse - Final Shine Attack vs Final Flash Ultimate Attacks and how you can unlock them. Final Shine Attack is available to purchase from the skill store in Dragon Ball Xenoverse [DLC] pack #1. Final Flash can be obtained after completing Vegeta's training in the main game of Dragon Ball Xenoverse. The Final Flash and Final Shine ultimate attacks are nearly as good as each other and could possibly be great for spamming however to time duration between casting the attack and launching it at an enemy between both attacks is different and Final Shine is more recommended if you want something fast to spam at your enemy. As far as the Final Flash goes, it consumes more time before it's ready to launch at your enemy so you are more open for an attack if your the one launching this attack. This video will help you decide which attack is more effective and does the most amount of damage to your opponent.
