We are currently in Chapter 1: Cantlin. Previously, Davilas built the Cantlin Shield. Now, he can fight a series of three skirmishes prior to the boss battle of Chapter 1.

After resuming, he talks to Larouche (time 1:10). Larouche begins a three-part story of what happened to Cantlin in the past. Then, the first skirmish takes place. This is two phases. Skeletons and Chimaeras appear during the first phase. Not all of them will spawn to approach the west wall, so hopefully you have walled in Cantlin securely. In the second phase, there will be Brownies and Chimaeras. The monsters' leader is a Knight Aberrant.

Davilas and the townspeople clear the first skirmish (time 5:53). Davilas earns a Seed of Life. Quest complete!

After repairing his defenses, Davilas talks to Larouche again (time 10:58). Larouche tells the second part of what happened to Cantlin in the past. A lot of it had to do with the people's behavior. Then, the second skirmish takes place. It consists of one phase, starting with a Knight Aberrant. Then, some Skeleton Scrappers and Scorpions appear.

Soon, the invaders are defeated (time 14:17). Davilas earns a Seed of Life. Quest complete!

Davilas talks to Larouche once again (time 15:16). Larouche tells the third and final part of what happened to the past Cantlin. Still, it seems that he has come around. Then, the third skirmish takes place. In the first phase, Knights Errant and Skeleton Soldiers attack. In the second phase, there are more Knights Errant and Skeleton Soldiers, along with Cosmic Chimaeras. The last enemy is a Knight Aberrant.

Before long, the invaders are defeated (time 20:08). Davilas earns another Seed of Life. Quest complete!

The final battle of Chapter 1 is now available from Rollo. However, Davilas will take care of some things before undertaking it. One of Chapter 1's challenges is to defeat the three Dragons in the Cantlin region.

On the starting island, Davilas finds the first Dragon southwest of the base (time 24:28). Dragons have two attacks: fire breath and a spinning slice. They tend to stay in one spot, so they are sitting ducks for Wrecking Balls. Upon defeating this Dragon, Davilas earns a Comfy Sofa.

Davilas returns to base with a Chimaera Wing (time 26:20). Next time, he will hunt down the other two dragons.
