This video is of the Trolley Cave in Dragon Quest V SFC. It is known as the Diggery-Pokery in other versions of the game.

The hero must use the Magma Staff which is found at the top of the stairway to Zenithia or Sky Tower to open the entrance to the cave. This is similar to Dragon Quest IV where the staff is used to open the way to Gardenbur.

The cave itself is one of the most unique in the Dragon Quest series. The cave is full of maze puzzles which are navigated using switches and trolleys. You must open the right switches and ride the right trolleys to get to the exit.

Part way through the cave, the heroes find a man named Pusan who is stuck on a trolley. After rescuing him, he decides to join the party on their journey to the sunken Zenithia. This character becomes very important later on.
