Previously, the party repelled the monster attack on the real world Weaver's Peak, and the two halves of Heorot reunited. He is once more the Prince of Somnia.
After resuming, they Zoom to Somnia in the real world (time 0:31). As they arrive, they find guards on hand for a royal welcome!
When they are ready, they talk to the lead soldier, Captain Franco (time 2:47). Evidently, Madame Luca alerted the castle to the party's impending arrival. After rambling on a little bit, he guides the party in to see the king and queen.
The next scene occurs in the throne room of Somnia Castle (time 4:28). King Somnus and Queen Apnea have a bit of a chat with Heorot before the feast. Queen Apnea understands that Heorot can't completely go back to the way he used to be, and she seems to accept it.
Later that night, Madame Luca shows up to talk to Heorot (time 7:13). To help Heorot better remember his past, Luca will send him on a little stroll down memory lane.
One light that Heorot must examine is in the guard room in the northwest of the second level of the castle (time 9:58). He will remember a meeting with Captain Rusty in the guard room after the king and queen fell asleep.
Another light is on the western balcony on the second level of the castle (time 11:59). He will remember sparring vigorously with Captain Rusty. In this flashback, Heorot's parents are said to be gearing up for the battle against Murdaw.
In the northwest of the first floor, another light is in the kitchen (time 14:31). Here, he will remember spending time with his sister, Sarah. Sweet little girl.
Another light is on the carpet in the courtyard in the middle of the first floor (time 15:55). Heorot will remember his first run-in with Carver. Carver thought he would drop by to see if he could help with the sleeping king and queen.
Then, another light is in the library in the northeast of the first floor (time 17:20). He reminisces about doubts that the scholar is having about Chancellor Keating. According to the scholar, Keating was bleeding the taxpayers dry in campaigns to expand Somnia's borders. Worse yet, he badmouthed King Somnus. Then, the douchebag chancellor showed up to call Heorot's attention to the fact that the king and queen could not be roused from their sleep. Could the Chancellor have had a hand in that...?
Another light is on the eastern balcony of the second floor (time 19:39). Heorot remembers back to when his sister, Sarah, passed away. Queen Apnea sealed herself away to grieve. At the time, the soldier Franco spoke of a monster named Murdaw, who had started a destructive rampage. He urged Heorot to become strong. Then, Queen Apnea left her mourning to begin research of her own into Murdaw.
Once Heorot has viewed all the other lights, the last light will appear in the throne room in front of King Somnus (time 22:41). Heorot remembers back to the day before the king would set out to face Murdaw. Back in the present, King Somnus speaks to Heorot a little more before sending him back to bed.
The next morning, the party gathers again in front of Somnus and Apnea (time 24:24). Somnus speculates that an even more powerful fiend is plotting evil somewhere out there. During the attack on Murdaw, he came into possession of a helmet that he thinks saved his life. After this ado, he gives Heorot the Helm of Sebath! This is another piece in the set of legendary equipment. Heorot must now find out why peace has yet to return to the world.
Then, the party finally regains full control (time 26:25).
Next time, they will resume their search for the legendary equipment.
Thanks for watching!
