Previously, the party defeated Gracos, the Sea Demon, in the Sunken Citadel. Now, they will wrap up their business in Wetlock in the past before returning to the present.

On the second floor balcony of the mayor's house in the northwest of Wetlock, the party talks to Wetlock's mayor (time 1:27). He is given them access to the town's treasures in the treasure room under the pub! They party uses the raft nearby to get there.

Below the pub, they talk to the guard (time 2:44). He opens the door and steps aside. Beware the electrified floor.

The chest in the treasure room contains the Mermaid Moon (time 3:14). Maribel points out something important. On the floor nearby, the party also finds Green Fragment 13.

Afterwards, the party leaves the town of Wetlock (time 5:49).

To the west, they pass through the Hardlypool Tunnel (time 6:30). They soon return to Hardlypool (time 6:47). When they talk to the guard, he steps aside.

They talk to Hardlypool's mayor (time 7:16). Like Wetlock's mayor, she gives them access to the treasure room in the Hardlypool Tunnel.

The party goes down into the Hardlypool Tunnel (time 7:52). In the treasure room on floor B1, they procure a Berserker Heart and a Captain's Coat (time 8:00).

The party departs Hardlypool for the field (time 8:38). In the north, they take the teleportal back to the Shrine of Mysteries (time 8:55). The two Green Fragments will finish off a Green Pedestal, but I am not ready to head off yet.

There is a lot that the party can do now. With the Mermaid Moon, they can return to La Bravoure and talk to Colette. This will eventually enable them to recruit a new party member.

The party Zooms to La Bravoure (time 9:21).

In Honoré's house, they talk to Colette (time 10:06). They show her the Mermaid Moon. Show, not give. She asks them to follow her outside and meet her by the church.

Near the church, they talk to Colette again (time 11:38). She seems to have forgotten the location of the entrance to the secret cellar.

Mashing the A button behind La Bravoure's church eventually reveals the location of a secret stairway (time 12:24). Colette arrives and precedes them downstairs.

Downstairs, the party opens the chest (time 13:35). As promised, it contains the Flying Carpet! A scene with Honoré and Colette plays out, and all is finally explained. Honoré tasks the party with using the carpet and finding "ze 'ero of legende". This is the best thing they can do right now.

They Flying Carpet opens up some new locations to the party. It enables them to fly over flat land and water, but not over hills, forests, or mountains.

The party leaves La Bravoure (time 17:57). Using the Flying Carpet, they fly a short distance northeast to a shrine across the bay.

The party finds the Tombe des Héros Inconnus, or the Tomb of the Unknown Heroes (time 18:44). Here, they talk to a ghostly figure (time 19:10). He gives them information about reviving a hero named Sir Mervyn. A hot stone? That sounds very familiar!

Also in this tomb, the party finds Green Fragment 14 on the floor (time 20:41). One of the pots in the tomb contains a Seed of Life (time 21:46).

In search of the hot stone, the party Zooms to Estard (time 22:15).

In Estard's inn, they find Uncle Pike getting sloshed at the pub, as usual (time 22:59). However, he has bad news. Now, the party must search for a rich man who owns property all over the world. This also sounds familiar, eh?

To begin their search for the rich man, the party Zooms to L'Arca (time 24:31). Using the Flying Carpet, they can now reach the house across the waterway to the north of L'Arca.

This house is the Palazzo di Bulgio (time 25:08). As Ruff says, it is a ginormous house. A maid will indicate where his second homes are: in El Ciclo and Gröndal.

The well on Bulgio's property is actually a Well Wisher (time 25:27). Looks like he needs an exterminator. After its defeat, the Well Wisher heads off to Monster Meadows.

Downstairs in the main house, a barrel near the stairway contains 120 gold (time 29:24). In the side room, Yellow Fragment 17 is on the floor. The chest contains a Tortoise Shell. It is slightly better defence-wise for Ruff than the Magic Vestment, but it offers no magic mitigation, so I won't use it.

In the study on the first floor, a bookcase contains the book 'Bile, Bile and More Bile'. Someone did not have a pleasant customer experience at the Yggdrasil Dew Shop, it seems.

The description is continued in the comments.
