Previously, the party fought Sir Leopold in Mem., the eighth boss in Memories Lane. Now, they will return to Memories Lane and take on the ninth boss.

After resuming, they Zoom to Marta's Cottage (time 0:47). They take the portal to Memories Lane (time 1:29).

Their main lineup for the ninth boss is the protagonist, Angelo, Red, and Jessica.

The party challenges the ninth boss, the Dark Servant in Mem. (time 2:56). It comes with two Dancing Flames in Mem. The Dancing Flames in Mem. can make life very difficult for the party by putting Oomph on the boss. Jessica should put up Insulatle as soon as possible, as each of the enemies can breathe Scorching Flames. The Dark Servant in Mem. can also cast Kacrackle, so you may want to consider Magic Barrier, too.

Things get easier once the Dancing Flames in Mem. are defeated. To take out the Dancing Flames as soon as possible, Davilas can nuke them with Kamikazee at 50 tension ... if the enemies let him. Unfortunately, these enemies are immune to Magic Burst. Bring Catholicon Rings to protect against Kasnooze. Angelo and Jessica have high physical evasion in their current gear and with enough points in Fisticuffs, and this definitely helps. So does Jessica's 1/8 chance to charm enemies under Sex Appeal. Defending Champion is just all-around awesome for helping the party get set up for their attacks.

Eventually, the party defeats the Dark Servant in Mem. (time 20:30). It drops a Seed of Strength.

There are two more red chests in the hallway past this boss (time 21:35). They contain a Seed of Defence and a Ruinous Shield. There is also a purple chest.

The party Evacs out of Memories Lane (time 22:18).

They Zoom to Baccarat (time 22:41). At the casino prize counter, they pick up an urn of Saint's Ashes for 5,000 tokens (time 23:22). In the Alchemy Pot, they brew up another Metal King Shield (Ruinous Shield + Saint's Ashes + Orichalcum). Angelo equips it and passes down his Goddess Shield to Red.

The party takes flight with the Godbird's Soulstone (time 24:52). They land on Howlwind Hill (time 25:18). Time for a little more Metal hunting.

Davilas reaches Level 90 (time 27:18). He obtains 3 skill points. He puts them into Fisticuffs for a total of 62. Yangus reaches Level 94. He obtains 2 skill points. He puts them into Scythes for a total of 70. At 70 points in Scythes, he becomes a Renowned Reaper and learns the ability Stainless Steal Sickle, a slight improvement over Steal Sickle. Red reaches Level 89. She obtains 2 skill points. She puts them into Fisticuffs for a total of 58. Angelo reaches Level 89. He obtains 2 skill points. He puts them into Fisticuffs for a total of 83. At 82 points in Fisticuffs, he becomes a Holy Guardian and learns the trait Attack +40 when Empty-Handed, replacing prior Empty-Handed attack boost traits. Morrie reaches Level 90. He obtains 3 skill points. He puts them into Fisticuffs for a total of 62.

Jessica reaches Level 85 (time 32:13). She obtains 3 skill points. She puts 1 point into Whips for a total of 44. She puts 2 points into Sex Appeal for a total of 100. At 100 points in Sex Appeal, she becomes Sexy Dynamite and learns the ability Hustle Dance.

The party Zooms to the Hilltop Hut to rest and save (time 32:59).

Next time, they will resume the slog in Memories Lane.
