In this video, I will be going over the updates in Dragon Quest Walk from May 9th!
Revival of the Evil Cult
After clearing Event Story Quest 3 Chapter 1, the Revival of the Evil Cult content will be unlocked
With the revival of Hargon, you will now need to defeat his remnants, in the form of event monsters, the Knight of Hargon and Prayer Master
You must first defeat the Knights of Hargon on the field, which will get you event points for receiving reward items, and points to the Evil Belief Guage
When the Evil Belief Gauge has been filled to the Max, the boss monster, the Prayer Master, will appear on the field to challenge
Defeating the Knights of Hargon and Prayer Master will earn you their souls
If you defeat a Knight of Hargon, along with the enemies accompanying it, within one turn, the Evil Belief Guage will be filled quicker, and if you do this continuously, it will be filled even quicker
There is a special mission, in which you can receive 100 Destruction God Shido Banner tickets by defeating a certain number of Mega Monsters

破壊の礼賛 (らいさん)Destructive Praise
MP Cost: 60 MP
Does tremendous Jibaria spell damage to one enemy with a chance of lowering their spell power, and the power of this spell increases depending on your Fallen God Lvl
死滅の極光 (きょっこう)Apocalypse of Death
MP Cost: 80 MP
Depending on your Fallen God Lvl, this does 200%~300% non-attribute damage to all enemies, plus combining the wielder’s attack and magic power, an additional 1~3 attacks on random enemies that does 50% Mera or Jibaria damage
破壊の瞑想 Destructive Meditation
MP Cost: 20 MP
Imagining destruction, this increases the skill damage, critical hit rate/spell crit rate of the wielder
神降ろしの儀 God Descent Ritual
MP Cost: 20 MP
At the start of a battle, the wielder receives God Descent Lvl 1, which has a probability of increasing when the wielder takes damage. As the God Descent Lvl increases, the wielder will gain various benefits in battle. (Lasts 6 turns)

Recover 50 HP at the end of the wielder’s action
Increases the power of Destructive Praise
Increases the performance of Apocalypse of Death (Does 250% non-attribute damage to all enemies + two additional attacks to random enemies for 50% non-attribute damage)

Recover 100 HP at the end of the wielder’s action
Increases the power of Destructive Praise
Increases the performance of Apocalypse of Death (Does 300% non-attribute damage to all enemies + three additional attacks to random enemies for 50% non-attribute damage)
偶数の恵み・とくぎ強化 Blessing of Even Numbers・Strengthen Special Skills
MP Cost: 14 MP
From the start of the battle until the 6th turn, the skill damage done by the wielder will be increased on even numbered turns
Ceremonial Hat & Cape (Chest & Leggings) of the Fallen God
+7% Spell Damage
+7% Jibaria Spell Damage
+2% Damage with all Attributes (Sunny)
Equipment from the Evil Spirit Gods
Banner and the Revival of Alphgard
Banner will appear in the chest draws

May 9th to June 11th
New Mega Monster
From May 9th to June 11th, we will have a new Mega Monster in the form of the Evil Priest Hargon
Since Evil Priest Hargon is a stronger version of the High Priest Hargon Mega Monster, you will be able to upgrade the S grade High Priest Hargon soul to the S☆Evil Priest Hargon grade soul
You must have completed Main Story Quest 10 Chapter 10, an S grade soul of High Priest Hargon, and three Treasure Soul Pearls to create the S☆ grade soul
The three Treasure Soul Pearls can be received by completing these three actions:
Defeat High Priest Hargon or Evil Priest Hargon Mega Monsters in order to collect treasure soul pearl fragments (You will receive more fragments by defeating Evil Priest Hargon)
1000 fragments can be used in the Exchange to receive a High Priest Hargon Treasure Soul Pearl
Walk 100,000 steps in-game
Befriend 40 Monster Companions
After you have created the S☆ grade soul, it will be possible to further awaken it, which will allow you to increase the basic stats of the soul at random
Since Evil Priest Hargon is recommended for Special Classes Lvl 55, if you have a Monster Companion with you on the field, you will be able to get the once per day perk that decreases the amount of damage taken by a Mega Monster as long as it is the first Mega Monster you fight during the day
