Davilas is currently carrying out the Version 4.1 storyline. Previously, scenes took place in the Holy Shrine after he defeated Jamirus. Afterwards, several scenes involving Alvan and Camille took place back in Old Gran Zedoura Castle. Davilas also saw a familiar kitty cat, for some reason. Now, Davilas must follow Charcoal out of town and see where the cat leads him.

Davilas resumes in his house in the Azlan housing area. Upon logging in, he reaches Minstrel Level 111 and earns 1 skill point. Outside, he checks his mail and receives told for items that sold on the bazaar. He receives an event message. He also gets back a few items that did not sell. At the bank, Davilas deposits most of his gold.

Afterwards, he uses the Eteenel Cube to teleport to Old Gran Zedoura Castle Town.

Old Gran Zedoura Castle Town (time 3:42):

Diktor at E-1 and Mardel at D-2 have story information.

Davilas visits the pub and hires a support party.

Near the southern gate, Romeo at D-8 also has story information.

Davilas exits south at D-8 to the Old Gran Zedoura Region.

Old Gran Zedoura Region (time 8:05):

Davilas gains control at F-2. He uses the Eteenel Cube to teleport to the lookout tower in the southeast of the zone.

Davilas arrives at the lookout tower at F-7. Kengan by the tower's entrance has story information.

As Davilas starts up the tower's stairway, a scene takes place. Charcoal guides him upstairs to meet Captain Storke. Storke provides transportation to the Demon King's castle. Isn't that helpful of him? After a scene, Davilas arrives.

Immortal Demon King's Castle (time 12:27):

Davilas gains control at E-2 on the ledge outside the first floor. He can use the swan boat nearby to return to the lookout tower in the Old Gran Zedoura Region.

Davilas takes the door at E-4 into the castle's first floor. This place is simple. The downstairs door at D-5 leads to the basement, but Davilas will not be able to open it until he has defeated the main boss.

Upstairs, Davilas takes the southern door at E-6 to the first boss room, the hall of reincarnation. This triggers a boss battle against Evil General Troll Bacchus. As you might expect, Bacchus can hit hard with that huge club, but the beastie is not too difficult otherwise.

After the battle, Davilas gains control at D-3 in the hall of reincarnation on the second floor. In the south, he takes the door at E-7.

Davilas gains control at E-4 in the next hallway. At E-6, he takes the door to the next room.

Without preamble, it is boss time against the Generals of Demon Army 12. There are six enemies in total: Tyrannous Black Steed Maru, Music General Battle Shaker, Phantom General Hanuman, Bad General Bali Kunaja, Beast General King Leo, and Dragon General Dragon Gaia. Fortunately, they do not all attack at once.

Tyrannous Black Steed Maru and Music General Battle Shaker attack first. The horse has black breath that can debuff the party's attack power and magic attack. It can also knock down party members with its screams. Battle Shaker is a lover of tension.

Two minutes and thirty seconds after the start of the battle, Hanuman and Bali Kunaja will begin attacking. You can also attack one of them to get started if you defeated the first two early.

Five minutes and twenty seconds after the start of the battle, Dragon Gaia and King Leo will start moving. Dragon Gaia can put up an annoying barrier that blocks all damage. King Leo also employs tension.

After the battle, Davilas gains control at D-4 in the circular room. He goes south and takes the next door at E-6.

Davilas gains control at D-4 in the next room. In the center of the room, he takes the teleportal to E-4 in the first room. A corresponding teleportal has now appeared in the first room, so Davilas takes it to return. The room has monuments to the Generals of Demon Army 12. Davilas peruses this charming rogue's gallery.
