Previously, the party did some quests involving Puerto Valor. Now, they will reexplore the Emerald Coast and the Manglegrove to shoot some crossbow targets.

In the Emerald Coast, they first explore the eastern part of the area, where the Door of Departure is located. Then, they shoot the crossbow targets throughout the Emerald Coast. The reward for shooting all the crossbow targets in the Emerald Coast is four Seeds of Magic.

They head west to the Manglegrove. Along the way, they zone into Cobblestone to add it to the Zoom list.

In the Manglegrove, they first get the camp on the Zoom list. Then, they go after the crossbow targets. To get the one in the west, they have to enter the Manglegrove from the Costa Valor. The reward for shooting all the crossbow targets in the Manglegrove is four Seeds of Life.

Afterwards, the party adds other points of interest in greater Heliodor to the Zoom list. In Downtown Heliodor, there is another sort-of quest to create a route into the main city of Helidor.

When the party is done reexploring greater Heliodor, they sail northeast and land at the Zwaardsrust Region. When they arrive at Zwaardsrust, they explore the region and the main facility, the Warrior's Rest Inn. There is a weather cow just north of the pass leading from the inn to the dock. On the second floor of the Warrior's Rest Inn, there is a recipe book for steel equipment. Also, Mini Medal #016 is in a chest on the second floor balcony. The ruins of Zwaardsrust are located here, but there is not much point to them right now. Both stairways lead to sealed doors.

Next time, the party will get the crossbow targets in Zwaardsrust and do a quest before heading off to the next region.
