XI has the power of Ouroboros, which allows her to teleport while holding enemies or bells

Story
The Tree of the Dragon Tablet, led by the Dragon, is the master kingdom of the elven world and commands all the subsidiary Dragon sons.
With the passing of the dragon, the tree of the Dragon Tablet is represented by the Nuo tribe, the indigenous people of the Dragon Tablet. The high priest of the Nuo tribe guards the altar of the dragon tree by obeying the orders of the dragon. When the dragon tree is lit up again, the spirits selected by the dragon tree are screened and become the new owner of the dragon tree.
As the decades passed, war broke out between the Dragon's sons, and the tree of the Dragon Tablet became a neutral zone.
Now, the tree of the Dragon Tablet lit up again.
