Dragonraid RPG
37In 1984 the Satanic Panic was in full flow, Bothered About Dungeons and Dragons had launched an anti DnD campaign and many Christians decided that maybe their souls were at risk.
Dragonraid was meant to be a Christian friendly system to allow for group play, scripture learning and has an Evangelical angle. It was a hit with some and despised by others. It soon fell victim to BADD and become a niche product. Many Christians were still concerned about a role playing game and traditional role players were troubled by its evangelical missionary approach.
A rumored second edition is in the works and the first edition has been reprinted at a great price. I unbox, take a peek and discuss this interesting game that has some great elements but also a troubled history. I also show some extras that do not come in the box set but are available from the web store of this new 'old' game.
