This is the best campfire and cooking I've seen in a fantasy game yet. The only thing I really don't like about it is the timer.

Here's my current understanding of how it works:
After completing several dungeons in a row, you'll have parts from enemies you've defeated, to use as ingredients. Your party will automatically set up a campfire.

You start off by choosing a main ingredient and decide whether you want to fry it in a pan, or cook it in a pot. Each main ingredient gives different kinds of buffs. You can then stir and add garlic, salt, pepper, spices or liquor. Depending on how you cook it and what condiments you add to which main ingredient, the effects of the buffs are multiplied.

To serve food, you click on the icon opposite the stir icon, then on your party's bowls. Click on the food in your character's bowl to have them eat it. AI characters will automatically eat. The characters will then react to and comment on how it tastes.
