Dragon's Dogma - The Lone Wolfe Adventure
!!READ VIDEO DESCRIPTION!!
Here's a trailer for my upcoming run: A Solo Low Level Ranger Vocation Challenge
An epic challenge deserves an EPIC trailer. GET HYPED! lol
The Rules are:
-Low Level-
If I could stay on a fixed level, I would. But unfortunately, I have to level up to progress with the story. For this to be a low level run, I only aimed doing MAIN STORY QUESTS. So side quests were ignored. Mandatory battles were fought, But if I can avoid fighting and gaining EXP in main story fights, I did it to achieve the lowest level possible for a Ranger Vocation. Random battles were totally ignored. So you will watch me run past a lot of mobs. Sorry, Lone Wolfe is only interested in Bosses. lol
-SOLO-
Everyone knows what this means. It's just Lone Wolfe by himself, hence the name. No pawns or hired pawns. Riftstones are completely ignored. This added challenge when it came to running away from mobs and fighting bosses cause they concentrated everything on Lone Wolfe.
-Ranger Vocation ONLY-
At the start, I chose a Fighter Vocation. Rangers are only available when you reach Gran Soren (the capital) and you must be level 10 to change vocations. I didn't learn any skills/augments from a Fighter vocation. Only Ranger vocation skills/augments were learned and used. No Autonomy Augment from Assassin classes or whatsoever. Just pure Ranger vocation.
-New Profile; New Game-
Basically, I started from scratch. I made a new profile for this challenge. So I won't be able to easily get good equipment by borrowing from my original character. Besides, the new profile didn't have internet access. And the rule said, no Riftstones. So yeah, you get the idea.
-NO Maker's Finger-
As a Ranger, I used some special arrows on this run. But this specific arrow is OP, as it one shot kills most enemies. It's worth 300,000 gold. But I will never be using this cheap trick to beat the game. Manly fights are the way to go.
And I think that's all for the rules I used. I did a lot of researches and dry runs before I got this run down to a T. Being in the lowest level possible when I faced the dragon and post-game boss. Anyway, hope you all enjoy the trailer to this challenge.
