Here is a clip from the Icewind Dale longplay. I decided rather than keep reloading to learn and script this fight, I would lower the difficulty to show new players (in my opinion) the right approavch to some fights.

This fight can see you contend with nearly 20 mobs, including a boss. The game does not scale well with regards to boss encounters and regular ones. See what you think of both encounters, Easy and normal which are shown here.
