DragonSaga or formerly known as Dragonica is free-to-play 3D side-scrolling MMORPG developed by Gravity interactive. It is reminiscent of my highschool days when I would go home from school and just boot up the game. I would then play for hours on end. When we got invited to a relaunching event for the game on June 8th of 2018 in Coreon Gate in Metro Walk. We got so excited because we knew that it was gonna make a comeback. It was only a matter of when. There are some changes regarding classes, jobs, and in-game currency. They introduced 2 new jobs, the Shaman and the Twin Fighter.

Let's start with the Shaman first.

They are trained to infuse their Dragonkin power with spirits around them to summon them at will. Shamans may not be the fastest class, but they can battle from a greater distance.
Shamans have two jobs namely, The Summoner and the Elementalist.

The Summoner is able to summon more powerful spirits than the Shamans. They are able to use their volcanic type damage skills to add to the attacks from their summons. Summoners can become vulnerable without their summons, but they have high HP and can cast protective shield spells.

The Elementalist has a very strong bond with their summons which gives them better control. Their summons will protect their master by attacking any enemy threatening the Elementalist, and the Elementalist can cast various disabling spells to slow enemy attacks.

Now that we have those out of the way, the event started off with how nostalgic the game is for most of the people who attended the event as it was consisting mostly of players of Dragonica. They had discussed the new class and jobs that the game will get. We then participated in an exhibition game that we won. The mechanics were that it will be a dungeon run and the first time that finishes wins. We started the dungeon run pretty well, but we hit a snag when it came to the final boss. 3 out of the 4 members were left and the boss still have a lot of HP left. By the time our remaining player finished the dungeon run, the opposing team had already been eliminated. We won and got prizes from the hosts of the event, two of our representatives also won a raffle drawing. Last and certainly not the least, it was safe to say that the event was a success and that everyone who attended is hyped about playing the game. We had great fun and we can't wait to see what more awaits us all.
