Dragonyhm is an indie 8-bit RPG coming to the Modretro/Game Boy Color/Game Boy this holiday season and I'm pretty excited for it, to the point where I routed a speedrun up to the first of five main dungeons! Movement to dodge wandering enemies (like you see inside Mt. Ragan) is 100% consistent if your movement is precise. Warping after the long conversation in the witch's house skips dialogue that you'd normally see if you walked out. It should be faster to get the warp dragon scale and activate the warp point west of Dagorn prior to starting the raft quest. Otherwise this was pretty good.

The route is as follows:
Get potion and spear from your bedroom
Get large potion by Mom
Get 2 large potions in house north of Dagorn Town
Beat the four thugs for the dragon scale (use skill attack until last fight, heal with potion before 4th fight)
Enter the green roof house at top middle of town to activate raft quest
Complete rock puzzle scale challenge
Activate warp on way to Mt. Ragan, recover inside.
Use an large potion as needed in dungeon, get ore.
Warp, walk to forest and activate warp and recover at witch's house.
Grab Mushrooms, sandwich (and large potion), quakzel, and rescue girl while using potions as needed.
Warp to forest at the end of the witch conversation to skip their dialogue that happens if you walk out the door.
Give sandwich to man in house nearby for wood.
Walk to Dorgan and give quaksel to man in blue roofed house, give ore to
blacksmith.
Get raft from the carpenter.
Go down river to shrine for the dragon scale.
Warp to forest, go down to enter Boneshackle Basin.
