Drake DefenseCon is always somewhat of an outlier from the main Invictus event. Takes place in a separate hangar and really not part of the Navy event. Drake officially does not do any business with the Navy because Drake believes that your average citizen should have the same ships and firepower as the government. That also means that there is a good chance next pirate that you encounter will also be flying one of the Drake ships....
