A war rages between the Romans and the Celts, and it ain't going so well for the Celts... But with the rediscovered art of magic in this strange land of Shadowvale, perhaps we can turn the tide.
Though maybe the Romans are the least of our worries. Shadowvale is a strange place, filled with fantastical creatures, most of them unfriendly. And what's this talk of a... Nethergate...?
While I'm not calling this a blind (first-time) playthrough, it KINDA is, in a way. The first time I played this game, I did the Roman campaign. This time, I'm playing as the Celts, which apparently has significant differences!
But either way, welcome to the new weekend playthrough! I will return to the Geneforge series in the near future, once this is done, but for now, I hope you enjoy this mixture of history and fantasy in another old Spiderweb Software RPG!
