After you obtained 'GF Bahamut', go out and back inside, a save point will appear, so save (be sure to equip 'Enc-None' ability if you don't want to fight monsters), go down and talk to 1 of your comrades, it will reveal how to reach the 'Deep Sea Deposit'..

On 1st floor, you'll enter 4 RSP to open the door, on 2nd floor you'll enter 2 RSP, on the 3rd floor, don't open the door yet, instead go left and there's a mechanism for opening a hatch to replenish your RSP for 7 point, open it with 4 RSP and replenish your 7 RSP (this way you have 3 more RSP), go out and open the door with 1 RSP, on the 4th floor enter 1 RSP to activate the elevator, go down and on 5th floor, use 4 RSP again, when the door opens go out and you're on 'Deep sea deposit', there's a save point if you want to save, follow the road until you reach to 'Excavation Site' (equip 'Move-Find' ability to find a hidden save point and save), enter 10 RSP and the crane will pull 'Ultima Weapon' up, don't forget to draw 'GF Eden' before you kill it..

Note:
if you have 100 'Energy Crystals', use 'Bahamut' 'Forbid Mag RF' ability to refine 'Ultima' magic first and exchange it to someone else not in your party, and you can draw 'Ultima' magic from 'Ultima Weapon' for the rest of your party..
