[Drawing From Up On Poppy Hill] How to use Ghibli style lasso tool Procreate Fan Art Sketch 05
23Among the Studio Ghibli animations, I most enjoyed ‘From Up On Poppy Hill’, written by Hayao Miyazaki and directed by his son Goro Miyazaki.
I drew fan art with this midnight sketch video.
This is a 2011 work, and since it covers the era of 1963, the background production for that time is well done. I recommend it to those who haven't seen it.
In this fan art video, I tried to use the lasso tool to correct the position of the shape and show the direction of drawing when the shape does not fit or is wrong while drawing.
At first, I drew it in a way that didn't look like a Ghibli painting, and then used the lasso tool to correct the shapes of the eyes, nose, and mouth to resemble a Ghibli painting style.
