Final level E5M4 "The End" and secret level/boss E5MX "After the End" of version 1.0 of retro first-person shooter Dread Templar. With the full release update also the design of levels and secrets of the previously released three episodes changed sometimes more, sometimes less noticeable. So if you're looking for a playthrough of the full game with all secrets, runes, blood gems, optional areas, etc. on difficulty "Hell", here you're at the right place.

To get access to the secret level/boss E5MX you have to do a couple of steps throughout the entire game:

1. Collect the two Bloody Eyeballs in E2M2 (needed to enter Moon Doors)
2. Collect the 1st out of four Book Pages behind the Moon Door in E2M2
3. Collect the 2nd Book Page in E3M2 (Super Secret)
4. Collect the map with coordinates behind the Moon Door in E3M2
5. Get to the secret level E3MX by talking to the captain at the start of E3M3
6. Collect the 3rd Book Page in E3MX (Super Secret)
7. Collect the 4th Book Page in E4M6 (Super Secret)
8. Defeat the final boss in E5M4
9. Replay E5M4 through level selection, interact with book in left corner and enter the appearing door
