Here's a review of the new Sega Dreamcast Component Video cables from Retro Gaming Cables.  These use Mike Chi's RetroTINK Transcoder technology to convert the native RGB and VGA outputs of the Dreamcast to YPbPr.  The cables can switch between 480p / 31KHz modes and 15KHz mode (oddly labeled 576?), which outputs 240p and 480i.  Basically, the signal is untouched other than the transcoding, making it a zero lag device that even works with light gun games!
