FAIR WARNING: CONTAINS LOUD SCREECHING AT TIMES. So we get this annoying mission now. That cutscene has different text at times. In the final game, I recall this speed thing starting only after you first start moving, but here, you have to start moving right away, or you'll fail. Them water areas are completed here, and you can still use water to travel with a car, so... But this is still annoying one. There's at least a checkpoint.
