Cockpit view does so well to the feeling of speed in the game! I think I prefer to play the undercover missions in first person view. But for that, you need a few mods to greatly improve the gameplay experience!
Namely, Cockpit View from @snoopiiii famous cheat tables *chef kiss* and Miami HD textures packs from bididibibidabibu (especially the car interiors).
Sadly, no HD car interiors for Nice or Istanbul yet!

And if you like challenge, you can also use the No HUD cheats from Snoopii but then it means you really need to know the cities by heart because no maps (even in the menu), no timer, no health bar (so you don't know if you're close to fail), etc! But it's so much better with the sleek look you get!
