Using original settings, no mods involved. DRIV3R looks VERY bad on low but the graphics are not the only changes, the survival gamemode is easier with less cop cars and onfoot officers spawning and they seem to be less agressive as well.

I was able to easily go to the airport on Low while it's almost impossible in High graphics settings. Low might look even worst if I disable anistropic filtering in my graphics card settings!
