Are you having driver issues with OBS Streamlabs and Virtual Desktop or VR? I ran into this and it was a quick fix, however it is easily overlooked. I was streaming with Occulus Quest and using the virtual desktop application, however I imagine this might show up whenever using anything that confuses the display or hardware settings. It usually says out of date video drivers, even if they aren't.
