Drunken Self Entitled "Chad" [Check description for more info]
2So ladies and gents, this story begins September 7th 2020, when our "Chad" here decided to blare his music to the point that our upstairs unit was vibrating. This continued for a few hours, then stopped, a few days later back at it. Rivershine lives here and is a high risk pregnant woman. Je did this from the 24th until october 2nd. every day except one or two without fail for hours on end... As you can see he has a hostile demeanor and doesn't like being told to respect his neghbours if he cant drink or party... Poor him. We also have a 3 year old and a sugar glider. he smokes pot qll the time outside of our windows filling the house with the smell (pot is lethal to sugar gliders from all the research we have done) so we overheat. We finally called the police and filed a noise complaint qfter askong 3 different times for the landlord to intervene. This will be used as evidence along with soundfiles of the god aweful loud music...
Sadly our security cams obly catch segmebts of the issue. during this he promised to have loud obnoxious parties every weekend after i reminded him River is pregnant and going to deliver soon.
