Description:
Adol arrives in the Prison City of Balduq, but is quickly arrested due to the bad blood between him and Romn. When he tries to escape the prison, a woman named Aprilis drafts him to help her fight off the Lemures demons in order to protect Balduq, though he's also going to investigate the mysteries of the city and why the demons appeared in the first place.

Like its previous versions, it can split into smaller bats and become invincible until it reforms. This is a problem because you can't build boost gauge if you can't land hits. IMO, the boost gauge going down if you don't land hits really sucks for certain bosses. Hopefully, I can find the Ares Seal later on.

9:22 Boss: Malefious (Nightmare)
It has a lot of attack patterns, and the gravity orb and laser spam are really hard for me to deal with. The gravity attack can mess up my camera if I'm too close to the boss and the lasers have trickier timing. I think the trick is to guard when the red laser gets brighter, but it's really hard to tell. I don't think I actually managed to show all the attack patterns, since it uses them at random instead of in a set order.

There's an optional quest to recruit a maid prisoner, Silhouette. I have no idea why it's not mandatory. It turns out she has the ability to see Lemures, and she has to wear a mask to suppress her sight.
Hawk will attempt to fight Chatelard one-on-one in a cutscene, but loses badly, though Chatelard spares the party for some reason. While unconscious, Hawk reverts back to his human form, and turns out to be a Hieroglyph Knight.
25:53 Dandelion
The party learns that Hawk's name is Credo Aiblinger. Parks thinks he's like the legendary Berserkers from a past ara of Gllia.
27:30 Hieroglyph Church
The party goes to the church to learn more of Credo's background. He was a prodigy in an orphanage, but grew bored from the lack of challenge. One day, he got into a fight with a noble, who hired bandits to attack the orphanage, which is the first time he killed someone. Afterwards, Credo joined the knights, presumably to find his match in combat.
Despite these events, he's still a jerk and even knocks aside the painting he made. He'll still help for certain dungeons, but he's not going to join the party right away.
35:10 Prison
The other Adol picks the lock and leaves the cell. Sadly, he can't use any skills, so he has to rely solely on normal attack spam. For some reason, Guardsman Greg doesn't bother apprehending Adol. Maybe he doesn't get paid enough.
Adol overhears Chatelard and the interrogator, Ingrid. He's keeping the fact that two Adols exist a secret from her. It sure would be embarrassing if he were to reveal himself.
Afterwards, Adol goes back to his cell, since escaping is impossible right now.
42:43 Dandelion P2
There are thefts occurring in Artisan Lane, but we need to defeat the next Grimwald Nox to get there.
Instead of buying weapons and armor, you should have Tito upgrade your weapons and have the crafter in the Main Square craft armor. Use your Twilight Shards to buy materials if you have to. This way, you won't waste as much gold as me.
Silhouette will sell items from all discovered stores in the city, but she won't provide any crafting services.
Vallin will give rewards for finding graffiti.
