DS2 Almost Done I Think

0After gathering a few giant souls (I think 4), I took on Vendrick because I wanted to face Aldia at the end.
Vendrick took over an hour to beat because of the crappy run up to the fight and the fact that I was impatient+bad with dealing with him. The guy's health and damage means that you pretty much can't make any mistakes against him at all, and I kept screwing up.
I also didn't do much damage with my halberd, so I swapped back to the old dual wielding setup I had used for the first half of the game. Seemed to work better once I stopped trying to rush myself.
