A simple, yet highly effective farming method for version 1.8 of Cinders. It is worth noting that Cinders is currently in 1.9 (or above, I didn't check), so you'll need to make sure you have the right version installed for this to be the same as the video depicts. It is also worth noting that an additional 20% can be gained if you manage to One Shot the boss. Below is a rough guide to find the equipment you will need.

Silver Serpent Ring: In a chest at the top of the elevator in Archdragon Peak
Black Tearstone Ring: Dropped by a red phantom behind an illusory wall in Irithyll
"+" Versions of rings are dropped by phantom enemies around their area
Essence of Cooperation: Speak with Solaire
Silver coins: Forged after delivering the Prisoner Chief's ashes
Henbane: Purchased from the Shrine Handmaid
Jester's Set: Dropped by Fester the Jester (class gift for the Jester)
Fire Keeper Set: On/in firelink tower (shown in video)
Mark of Sin (Hand Mask): Dropped by a Hand-Faced Creature in the toxic pits of the profaned capital (in the top of the church)
