Apps will no longer be able to track Android users with DuckDuckGo’s App Tracking Protection. An app is prevented from sending data to third-party trackers when the tool identifies it is about to do so. There is no separate download for it, nor has it been rolled out to all Android phones. Your data can be protected from third-party trackers with DuckDuckGo’s App Tracking Protection. Currently, the tool is in beta, but you can join the private waitlist. In Apple’s privacy system, only users’ IDFAs are blocked.
