Duel Revolution (iOS) beginning gameplay

If Palworld is sometimes accused of copying Pokémon’s homework, Duel Revolution straight up Xeroxed it in low res.
While the footage in this video and the beginning gameplay may look somewhat enticing, reviews on Steam suggest any fun may be short-lived, as the game quickly becomes a pay to play affair.
Some common complaints are that the monsters take way too many pokeballs to catch, and the balls are way too hard to actually earn in game.
Add to that a shallow overall experience, low number of monsters and an overall lack of strategy, and Duel Revolution looks like it needed more work before it was ready for prime time.
On the plus side though, the game is free to download and play, so give it a try if you’re interested.
