Long ago, during the creation of the Yugioh World, Dragons and Spellcasters proved to be the most powerful monsters. Led by the Blue-Eyes and Dark Magician, respectively, the two battled for a while to gain rule over the world. One day, the Warrior Buster Blader joined with Dark Magician as support from the Warrior Type.

When the world was turned into a Fusion Gate, the Blue-Eyes White Dragon fused with his brother to become the Ultimate Dragon. The Dragon then transformed into Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon. The Fusion Gate had one side effect though. Dark Magician fused with Buster Blader, creating Dark Paladin. With this new power, the Spellcasters crushed the Dragons.

To this day, they still rule the world and keep order. The Prophecy monsters and their Spellbooks ensure this order. Unknown to any, the Six Samurai Warriors, friends of the Spellcasters, and the Blue-Eyes White Dragon were practicing the arts of Dark and Evil Powers. As a result, Shadow of the Six Samurai and Monsters such as the Gimmick Puppets and Red Dragon Archfiend were born.

The Dragons began their assault to gain control from the Spellcasters. They began their attack on the Six Samurais, the most powerful warriors, to take revenge on the Warrior type. When the two dark powers clashed, one of the most epic duels broke out. The Six Samurais, although strong, need a surprise attack and surprise power to win against the Dragons.

Little did both sides know that the clash of two Evil/Dark forces would release a strong wave of itself, bringing Chaos over the Yugioh World.
