Max% means all secrets and all kills including enemies that are spawned in while playing the level. This means that you have to know how to spawn in every enemy through various triggers. I think this run is pretty cool because it really shows off the whole game. I might try it on skill 3 sometime... also going to learn Episode 4 and do 1-4 runs.
