Released on November 6th 1997 by ZeroHour Software, It contains 11 levels across 1 Episode which is named "And So It Begins", It features some of the most enraging enemy placements in a Duke 3d mod, There are 12 new enemies which look like cheap plastic cut-outs in terms of graphics and very poor ammo placement, This mod can fuck right off and die.
