Well when you're pulled over and have known felonies on your rap sheet, the police might be extra vigilant on how you do and how you're gonna do... He's not allowed to own a gun for one. But if you have a rather naughty smell coming form your car and once they ask you to step out so the K9 can search your car and you refuse... Only to then jump out and start running.

That might be a rather big red flag for the police, who then might be even more suspicious about your behavior and such. Having gun and drugs in your car also doesn't help your case. But sure, go right ahead and blame everyone else for what you just did done do ya dummy...
