Nobody might know about this but many years ago, I actually uploaded a video about the final map of a wad called "Stronghold: On the Edge of Chaos" and this map here reminds me very much of it. It's pretty simple but I bet there's a strategy to it which I don't see.
So basically, you have credits and with those you can buy turret demons and upgrades and with every kill you get more credits. It's a really cool concept but you barely get any introductions, you just get thrown into the action and the difficulty of the enemy waves also progresses rapidly. I couldn't even beat the map but even if you fail, it counts as completed.

Would give this map a rating of 8/10.
