I came across a Content Creator who's love and passion for D&D 5e has hurt his ability to put out fair and good reviews for TTTRPGS. As well as pushing his subscribers to blindly support WOTC by buying all of its books and content regardless of subscribers own interest of having. YOU DO NOT NEED TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARN MONEY ON SOMETHING YOU CAN NOT AFFORD! Dungeons and Dragons has been around for a fair amount of time. It will not die because one person decides not to get a book they have no interest in or can not afford. This is a extremely dangerous mentality to have. No Streamer or Content Creator should be pushing the narrative that this said massive corporation needs every cent you earn. This also goes with his blind push that his subscribers should get amazon prime and watch all of vox machina because D&D needs you!
