This video shows the most important smokes for an easy and safe crossing towards the A site without getting hit from CT/Mid/Catwalk. Two solutions are given, both from positions that allow you to throw the smokes without being open to the A site defenders. The first solution requires two smokes to create a wall of smokes that block off the gap closest to long. The second solution only requires one smoke (perfect for playing solo in pugs for example) but this one does not give any cover for players defending the site from catwalk.
