Dust Tactics: Expanding the Revised Core Set
A video about the way I expanded my DT Revised Core Set, to share some ideas in case you are also planning to enlarge your collection, or just want to know more about the DT world.
The video discusses what you get in terms of components and gameplay possibilities at each stage of the growth of your collection, and how much money approx it will cost you to get there.
Modifiers to the expenses described in the video:
- I bought my first order of extra units from Amazon, which charged me approx $3 per unit more than other vendors did. Use cheaper vendors and you'll save $30 there.
- I bought multiple copies of some units; if you only want a copy per unit, that'll save you probably around $60
- If you add foam trays to store your units, +$40/100 depending on how many you need
- I forgot to mention the Axis heavy recon +$15
- Those in the video are the prices for the unpainted minis. If you go premium, be ready to apply for a loan to the bank. :)
