First things first, I cannot recommend buying this product. It has far too many flaws and seems like its a prototype product that was rushed into production.
The Good:
- The Look - I like the overall look of the design of the Dva Overwatch headset by Razer. It's true to it's in-game D.Va model in terms of what the character is wearing in Overwatch.
- It's simplicity - this is an analog headset (No USB) and it pretty much works as easily as any other basic analog headset. Only one jack, plug it in to your computer, phone, etc and it works just like a regular headset.
The Bad:
- It hurts - Literally it hurts your ears after about 30 minutes of use. The speakers sit directly on your ear, as opposed to others that rest around your ears. Both my daughter (4 years old) and me experienced similar issues.
- No expandable microphone - This is probably something that the designers over at Razer would have liked to do, but they were held to the design of the in-game character of Dva which limited their ability to do so.
- It's not digital sound - No 7.1 dolby surround
- The sound itself - This is more of personal taste, but I felt that the sound quality of the Dva Headset
