Here I show off the correct values for the zoom (they're different for both H and V simply because of how the widescreen in ED footage works), as well as some contrast brightness, saturation and sharpness (I advise turning it off since the image is already zoomed the hell in adding sharpness to it causes visible ringing).

Remember to set the settings in your PSP to Progressive, the TV type really doesnt matter it only affects the main menu of the console.

On the sidenote, doing it this way actually has less input lag than playing it on the PSP not to mention with all of the ghosting gone I can actually tell that this game runs at 60 frames.
