Okay we switch over to the manager to assign work orders to workshops. So I talk a little about that, it's MUCH more efficient than going into each individual workshop. We're also switching over to porcelain statues, I estimate that our statues go up in value to a factor of 5.

Will it solve our Baron problem? Will it solve our guildhall problem? The answer is a resounding: sort of! I think I might have to have a rethink about our noble pains in the butt.
