TLDW:
3 Rules to Find Dweller in Any of the 6 Submerged Layouts:
(1) If you are one of two up layouts (have to head up/north to get to stairs from start), turn in direction such that you are heading above entrance (Two Layouts)
(2) If stairs are significantly south of WP, dweller is to left/west of stairs/map (Three Layouts)
(3) If stairs are roughly in line and you traveled neither significantly north or south to get there, dweller is down/south of stairs (One Layout)
