I kept this to myself for a very long time, but finally decided to share it with the world. This is a modified version of the European Dreamcast intro clip with the Wii logo edited in. I use this as my boot video for my homebrew Wii. I recreated the Wii logo as a scalable vector image, matched the Wii letters to the motion path of the "rea" in Dreamcast, complete with stretch and squash deforms, then masked the area below the words so the Wii wouldn't be visible until the right moment, then masked the "rea" entirely so they would not be visible at any point in the animation. It got particularly tricky in one place where the swirl dot came very close to the letters.
